Dirty Martini

• 50ml American Mustard Gin
• 35ml Extra Dry Vermouth
• 3 Dashes of Orange Bitters
• 1 tsp Olive Brine

Stir all ingredients with ice for 30 seconds or so, until chilled, fine strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with olive and cornichon. Enjoy.
