- 30ml No.3 American Mustard Gin
- 100ml dry sparkling wine
- 1 star anise, to garnish
- 1 orange, peeled to garnish
Add ice to a tumbler, pour over the gin and cordial; stir.
Strain into a champagne flute and top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with the cinnamon and orange.
