Cardamon Spiced Sour

This is wonderful in a classic G&T due to the intensity of flavour, but works very well in a Cardamon Spiced Gin Sour.

  • 50ml Asian Parsnip
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 15ml cardamom syrup (see below)
  • 1 egg white
  • Cardamom (freshly grated or ground), for garnish

For the cardamom syrup:

  • 6 green cardamom pods
  • 100g white sugar
  • 100ml water
